I ordered a pair of boots for my gf birthday, but when the boots arrived and she tried them on, did not fit her. Contact your bank!! Start a claim, that’s the only way to hold them accountable. Please don’t waste your money on them / don’t let them keep your money. After reading the reviews it looks like they do this often.
Literally a scam, they are trying to get whoever they can. A week and a half after I filed for a charge back I hear from them “sorry for the late response” and 30 min later “we issued a refund”. I had to get my bank involved to charge them as fraud, no refund and no product ? I’m going to report it. I emailed back asking for further assistance because the shoes were in brand new condition and guess what … GHOSTED! They disappeared, ignored my email, never heard from them again, they didn’t even send the shoes back. I only tried the shoes once and took pictures for them to see and evaluate the condition and they agreed to take them back because there was absolutely nothing wrong but later on change their mind? They sent me picture to prove they were “dirty” and it was the same picture I had sent to them when I requested my refund, identical. I emailed them a couple of days later concerned and asked if they had gotten the shoes they responded saying “yes we got the shoes but the soles look dirty so we can’t give you a refund anymore, want the shoes back?”. I shipped them out with USPS, paid for express delivery and they received them two days later according to the USPS website HOWEVER I heard absolutely nothing from them, no email letting me know they received my package, no email about my refund, nothing.
